In crisis? Call or text 988, any time, day or night. If you or someone else is in danger right now, call 911. Hearthmoor is not a crisis service, and our phones are not answered overnight.

Your first appointment

The first visit is just a conversation.

You can take a breath. We will start where you are, not where you think you should be.

01

A little paperwork

Plan for about ten minutes to take care of the basics at the start.

02

A private place to begin

You can bring someone to the waiting room if it helps you arrive. The session itself is yours.

03

Keep what fits

If a different counselor would feel like a better fit, you can switch at any time without explaining why.
