In crisis? Call or text 988, any time, day or night. If you or someone else is in danger right now, call 911. Hearthmoor is not a crisis service, and our phones are not answered overnight.

Same counselors. A fee that fits what you earn.

Our sliding-scale model is based on your income, not your diagnosis. Your fee is set by your household income and size, from $15 to $140 a session. Medicaid and Medicare cost nothing here.

Household of one

Sliding scale at a glance

Under $22,000pays $15

$35,000 to $50,000pays $55

Over $80,000pays the full $140

Adults

A place to make sense of anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, stress at work, big life changes, or whatever feels hard to carry alone.

How counseling works

Teens 13–17

Teens get private time in counseling. A parent or guardian signs consent, then we make room for the teen’s own voice.

Couples

A steady place to talk through distance, conflict, changing roles, and the patterns that keep repeating.

Families

Support for families navigating stress, change, conflict, and the wish to feel more connected at home.

Care without the proving

There is no paperwork to prove what you make.

Tell us your household income and how many people it supports on your first call. We do not ask for pay stubs or tax returns. If $15 is still too much, say so. We will work it out.
